I went through the wash today and it didn’t wash my car. Then I went through the other bay and it worked fine. I called the number posted and left a message. I rectangle call a little later. I let it go to voicemail. I received an other call and answered it. The gentleman explained that the bay had been day by a truck earlier and he would give me a refund. Thank you for being so prompt and correcting the problem.

Auto Shine car wash is the best value and has the nicest features of any self-serve car wash I've ever used. They do have a very good touchless auto wash, but automatic car washes are not recommended for my car. So, I drive about 20 minutes across town to get to this car wash, and it's well worth it! Highly recommended!

Very unlucky experience, spent $10 on a machine that’s not working as shown on video. I called their number and leads straight to voicemail. I can’t recommend coming here unless you already lost your money on a machine that doesn’t work. UPDATE: I received a call from the owner Shawn within the day, he explained to me what happened and offered a refund within the same day. I really appreciate them with swift response for this matter, I will definitely return to wash my truck here !

Been going here many years had a couple of incidents changed didn't come out of the change machine in December and then last week in the cold weather couple of the bays were froze up He's not there all the time we saw him there today he repaid her money and we're back in doing good business and good standing with this establishment seems to be a very nice man

Good prices, the water gun change between selections real quick, you can wash you car with 3 or 5 dollars and they accept credit card, just be aware with the tire cleaner, that liquid is only for wheels, if you put in your tires can be faded

I always take my car here to give it a good wash,way better than those automatic car washes because you can get the spaces that those machines don’t,also briefly met the owner of the place while washing my car one day,cool dude,definitely recommend this place!!!

Always satisfied when I go to Auto Shine Car Wash! Machines always work, location is always clean & if any issues arise their customer service actually contacts you back to resolve any problems. If your the type to enjoy washing your own vehicle in North Lakeland, this is the place to go!
